constitutional amendment idea affirming marriage is dumb, Buuuuuuuuut ... the opinion that laws precluding sodomy are unconstitutional are only new PC grandstanding BS ... lots of other crimes can occur in "private" and between consenting adults ... I see a states vs Feds on this issue, too ... Supreme Court is way too activist ... getting into state law that is simply none of the Federal government's business That said I wouldn't want to be tasked with enforcing any anti-sodomy laws <g>
