What if insider x sells 100 shares at 35 in the open market and these shares are issued pursuant to an option compensation agreement. What if Q as part of its buy-back program purchases the same 100 shares at 35 in the open market. Would it be appropriate in an equitable sense to consider the oulay of company funds for this purpose a direct expense?

Still: long and strong and hoping.
