Glad you agree. Bright guy. Intellectual fun to read. Stimulates thinking because he frequently puts ideas, parties, movements together that don't seem to belong. But because he's bright you have to think about it.

Question: wasn't there something called Schachmanite (I know I've got the spelling all wrong) in the 30s and 40s and weren't many of these older neocons a part of that rather than Trotskyite or were the S's offshoots of the T's. I can't remember the details. Do you?
