Why is this such a great deal? It doesn't look like much of a premium based on stock price and Glencairn doesn't exactly light up the volume on shares sold daily. Maybe I need to read this again...it hasn't made me say "YIPEE" yet. Looking forward to hearing the board's comments. PS - I suppose the 2002 estimated production is suppose to be 2003?
