jrv, I am happy to see some consolidation in the industry. A tiny one for sure but hopefully a precursor to more which in and of itself can drive prices up. Besides it may enable me to exit BHK with a tiny profit if I choose to do so. I am interested in seeing what Claude has to say. tom
