I'm quite familiar with the notion of Akashic Records. In the west Edgar Cayce is most closely associated with this. See amazon.com* for information on this subject. See amazon.com for Cayce's views on Jesus. There is no shortage of "alternative interpretations" of Jesus in the literature. Given the variety of such claims one is left to wonder why no mainstream Christian sect accepts them. One doesn't see much preaching to Buddhists that their conception of the Buddha is all wrong or to Muslims that Mohammed is more accurately described by some recently channeled insights. Only Christians seem singled out for such "help". Curious, no?
