My take is that it was a reaction to the low upfront payment. My hope though is that the market will see this as a pretty good deal. it seems to accomplish a lot of Mlnm's goals vis-a-vis Velcade.With respect to Europe my guessis that MLNM may be looking to have sales forces in one or two counries say the uk and germany. I dont think they will try to cover all of Europe at once.
