Carmen I hear that subpeaona's are being filed for all the bashers, they will have chance, they think they can file "John Doe" anonymity defences to squash them, but they won't be able too.
The First ammendment is a great protection for us all,but established doctrine now allows those anonymous posters to be identified. All these bashers have now given the needed ammunition to the Company to be identified.

I just hope they all have anonomyous IPs.
