Not really. They just know that everyone should learn English.

Also, Chinese cheat by having a higher average IQ than native English speakers, so Chinese can learn such a ridiculous language more easily than people with less capable brains, who sensibly give up quickly.

Chinese have higher average IQs because those who couldn't cope with the complexity were victims of natural selection over the centuries. Or, often enough, unnatural selection.

Modern life is causing very rapid survival of the fittest filtering.
