Well we will let you know via this board when the material is sent out. Send instructions to the firm holding your shares on how you want to vote. I'm in 2 minds so far about it. BHK needed to do something to get rid of that Garth Macrae and get some good mining people in to run the company. Wheaton River is the birthplace of Glencairn from what I can see and they have been very successful. I'm dubious about Costa Rica, they have environazis down there. Supposedly this Bellavista is permitted but it's been a discovery for too long. I remember somewhat when it was part of Minera Rayrock.
