Reality:
Any one who rules a mafia for three decades and is not a victim of his own methods is a sly customer of psyops. One
person with a gun and a single bullet can end it. It did not happen.

Fact or fiction:
The illusion of existence creates an air of defiance of America and the world.

Fact
To have really destroyed WMD was a cowering and defeat and admission of weakness.

To be caught with WMD would cause America to act.

Fact or fiction:
It is possible that Hussien had really destroyed all large stockpiles and shells. With the inspectors in country and with
money being thrown around by the CIA there was no one who Saddam could really trust.

Fact or fiction:
Saddam simply destroys all now until the coast is clear and the inspectors leave. But to really admit that was a revelation of
cowardice and that in not a part of controlling the mafia.

Fact
Saddam had to maintain an illusion of defiance and the existence of WMD. That illusion also prevented the US from just
coming in and taking over. A war against an enemy who have chemical weapons require an enormous logistic effort.

Fact: I know I did not know this. I suspected it.
What Saddan and the world could not comprehend is that less the 200,000 was all that were required in US tech fighting
methods.

Fact:
Practically Iraq could not use bio weapons in an attack as they are pointless in stopping a military. They act to slowly and
any if exposed would not nescesarily know.
The would fight on anyway.

Fact:
As to chemical weapons, one has to know what to target. They are really an area denial weapon and their effect is maybe a
day or so.

Fact:
The use of chemical weapons against mobile US forces by Iraqi forces was not feasible as Iraqi forces were blind to the
location of American forces.

Fact:
The purpose of the Northern Front was to distract and confuse even more the possible location of an attacking US force. It
would also allow protecting northern resources and make more certain no Kurdish Turkish conflict started.

Rational proffer:
It is reasonable that Hussein had ample reasons to destroy all stockpiles and at the same time act in a way that would not
make possible a conclusion that he had.

Fact:
Any rational person would conclude based upon past performance and current signals that the leopard had not changed it's
spots.

Fact:
This size, preparations, attack plan and methods used to destroy Iraq clearly indicated a universal believe that WMD was
present and a real threat.

Fact:
The presence of the UN Inspectors in Iraq just before the War began caused the trusted because of fear or real loyalty to
spend full time in making certain the any real or forgotten WMD's were not found. This was a task for the very best and
brightest as failure in this mission was doom.

Fact:
The continued honest efforts to get a consensus for action in the UN gave all in Iraq a belief in a way of getting away with it.
The obstinance and or outright betrayal by France, Russia and Germany also gave a false sense of survival to Hussien.

Fact:
The mobile labs and recent finding of technology for uranium enrichment demonstrate that at whatever level possible
Hussien would attempt to create WMD's when possible.

Fact:
The only reason UN inspectors were allowed back into Iraq and given any cooperation was because of the forces amassing
on the borders of Iraq.

Fact:
Inspections would only be allowed as long as that force was present.

Fact:
The reduction of US military forces by almost 1/2 from 1992 through 2001 meant that the US could no longer fight two wars at
the same time.

Fact:
Tying down the US military to extort limited cooperation with UN inspectors meant the US could not respond to other
possible threats or military actions.

Reality:
The fact that American troops were tied down created an ongoing clear and present danger to America.

Reality:
Hussien had not committed to not pursuing WMD's and was just biding time.
