As I understand it Marconi basically went bankrupt with the common stock holders losing most/all their money. Company reemerged from British form of bankrupcy intack (a lot smaller I believe) with the previous debt holders owning most of the company.

Marconi has a very large installed equipment base, lots of good (and loyal) customers and a go-forward financial structure.

MRVC deal with Marconi should be good (but as you say hard to quantify how good $$ wise). Would like to see MRVC set up similiar reseller approach with Marconi's competitors which includes (IMO) Alcatel, Nortel, Lucent, etc.

Now if I (or preferrably someone else) can only figure out exactly what hardware MRVC will be supplying to Marconi.
