You all may note this post. Especially this language:

That is what the SEC would call a performance claim. Perhaps at trial he may care to substantiate it? I wonder if truly all CyberTrader clients averaged $500-1,000 in profits a day. Somehow, I don't think so - unless Berber meant $500-1,000/day in commissions they paid Berber.
