Yes the responsibility for evil acts does lie with Saddam.

And the responsibility for attacking Iraq and the deaths of 10,000, or so, people lies with Bush.

Other means could have and should have been used to get rid of Saddam. You war mongers will never be able to see these other options because your too busy sticking out your chests and thumping on them saying "We're Americans. Look what we've done in Iraq. We're proud of the destruction we can wreak."

Good grief.
