Correct. Speaking is not an act of aggression. But since you seem to think it is, how about this? But blocking a nation's only port to the Red Sea, and prohibiting transit in international waters IS an act of aggression. Thus, Naser spoke the words AFTER he committed his act of aggression, not before. But nice try... Hawk
