Joey: A word of caution on IPO's, especially the ones that Paine Webber might get from other underwriters where Paine Webber is not a lead underwriter...the rule of thumb on those is, "if you can get shares, you don't want them"...in other words, they only have shares to give away in dogs that the institutions don't want.

Not to say you can't make some money in IPO's, but the very best ones, generally they will only be able to get you a very small number of shares and when they offer you all the shares you want, say NO and RUN AWAY as fast as possible !!!!

Why mess with high-risk IPO's when you can BUY MORE INTEL !!!!!
