This is old, but is the only free article I can find about the use of SELDI in determining multiple biomarkers for cancer diagnosis. This is for bladder cancer, and the effort predates the availability of more sophisticated analytical techniques that would probably help the specificity (if memory serves, this has already been done and noted here).
