Were those trucks really bio-weapons labs? The equipment found on the trucks was not capable of producing bio-weapons -- that much has been disclosed. And the trucks appear to have other plausible uses as they are. The theory that they are bio-weapons-related rests on the proposition that there were other trucks with equipment to be used as part of a five-truck group process. In other words, the bio-weapons theory is founded on assumptions about other trucks that have not been found. This seems like something to explore, but in this political environment it is more likely to get buried to save the White House from further embarrassment.
