I wonder what deal this guy is looking at. Millennium has just done the opposite of what he believes. They have kept the US distributions rights and retained the possibility to co-promote later on the most important European markets. As a matter of fact they have done exactly what Levin has said all the time that they were going to do.

And he doesn't seem to have a clue on the Abbott-situation either. Abbott is regularly buying freshly minted MLNM shares as a part of their undertaking in the MLNM/ABT deal of two years ago. It was never a question of ABT accumulating MLNM shares in anticipation of a Velcade-deal. It was rather ABT who were wise enough not to sell the shares while the share price was low.
