Hi Christine, I'm still here even though I passed my 1 hour allotment. As soon as someone comes I gotta go though.

Aha, playing hooky from work, but you feel good enough to surf. Did you play that one on your mom when you stayed home from school? When I did, she made me stay in bed all day. I rarely stayed home from school. I am glad you are feeling better. Southern Comfort does make a good gargle, especially if you use about 4 ounces, and swallow all of it.

I'll bet nobody got hurt at the Nuclear accident. Although I am not in love with Nuclear plants, I think they are much better for the environment than fossil fuel for the large scale production of power until better solutions come along.

I am not discussing Methionine because of the time limitation, not bacause of mood. When I lived in Austin a few years back, I was doing experiments with my two friends. They were working on the antibiotic, while I was working on freezing tissue at high pressure. I believe that I had succesfully frozen and thawed the most number of cells ever, but I can't prove it. I had to stop the experiments because of financial constraints. There was a severe money crunch in Texas around '84, and I had to reposses the motel that I had sold three years earlier. They stopped making payments to me, and I had no other income.

I also have a piece of raw meat at home, incased in seal-a-meal, that I successfully sterilized with only pressure. It is 13 years old now and still sterile even though it has been kept at room temperature. It has since dried completly out, since the water molecules slowly escaped through the plastic envelope.

Remember to eat some chicken soup!
