I hear ads on the radio about doing the colon thing with an MRI. The ad says "allows doctors to virtually fly through your colon". Back during my heavy drinking and roadkill eating days I felt some things flying in my colon so that isn't a good image for me.

I see they now have a pill with a chip in it that scans a person's whole digestive tract as it passes through.
