Yes, what is interesting is that many of the defendants in my case used SI in order to solicit clients. They did so under assumed names, posing as successful clients of the brokers and advisers. I've catalogued thousands of those posts. At some point, that will all come out, and those who used SI in this way will have some explaining to do, starting with Philip Berber.
