Any feedback form SEMICON West. Has anyone talked with investor relations regarding the recent SEMICON show. Especially regarding new business opportunites generated and 1997 Capital Equipment Budget outlooks. Also of interest would be the mix of domestic to international interest. I understand turnout was excellent for the show.
