Wayne, thanks for the great information. I did a loop thru the Delta area last week and checked out some sites for other gas exploration companies. I can't locate west lindsey slough on my delta map. Any idea which area of the map I should look at (on the Rio Vista side of the Sacramento River?)?.

Great to hear about Jersey Island. It is immediately to the west of Bethel Island where I travel frequently to check out the gas wells being drilled and producing for Tri Valley. And Jersey lies just south west of the Webb Tract which has brought in a great well and is now drilling another one. These three islands are all within a one or two mile radius of each other.Jersey is right at the point where the Sacramento and San Joaquin rivers join on their way to the bay.
