Hi Frank, We're burning 100% coal here in Colorado Springs. The local utility is a co-op and the rates average 35% below the national average. The best news is the usage is a small fraction of what I used in Houston. Going on three months now and still have not had the need to turn on the heat or the A/C. Windows open at night. ;-)) Life is good!! Jim
