Given that you like Dowd and given that I've been looking for a good time to post today's incarnation, here goes. Incidentally, it's not as good as the anti-Scalia piece, but not bad either. Bill Frist is the target. I haven't liked Dowd for a long time, and didn't ever like her very much. This piece is a good example why. It's neither funny nor a serious argument, but jumps around somewhere in between.
