Hmm, did Oregon vote for Bush? If not, they can expect absolutely no help from the government.

Nor were they expecting any. Funny, how your reasoned responses have turned slightly vindictive.

BTW just 4 months ago, Boeing expected to get a major order from Qatar Airways for new planes. You know Qatar.....the most democratic state in the ME outside of Israel. In recent years, Qatar has been fairly close to the US and it was expected that the order was a slam dunk. Furthermore, the order was supposed to be the first of many........after all, Qatar Airways is one of the few profitable, growing airlines in the world.

In any case, two weeks ago, that big expected order for Boeing went to Airbus. You have to wonder what changed their minds.

But one thing is clear, Bush and his policies are no friend to the NW!
