The new LCD orders were gold bump for LCD display drivers. This is more of the same as I suspect LCD display drivers are CMOS chips.

I believe the UTEK 1-1 non-reduction stepper is the most economical and most flexible tool for any application that can use it. It has been a while since 1-1 was used to pattern chips. It was next used for disc drive heads, and now it is being used for bump packaging.

Note: They claim that UTEK has 6% of the market. If ASML's $1.576B is 35.2%, then 6% is $269M. UTEK had $70M sales during the last 12 months. At a $2M average, that is 35 machines.
