Clinton was fined $90,000.00 for lying to a federal court, forced to settle a sex harassment case for nearly a million dollars, disbarred for five year in Ark. and permanently from the USSC. Clinton was not "cleared" in Whitewater, he successfully stonewalled until he was able to cut himself a deal.....
