I guess if the auto companies say their autos might burn up, roll over, or that you might get ejected somehow and killed means when it happens, they're off the hook. Could have saved Firestone much dough they just said their tires might shred on you.

BTW, was it really public knowledge, even here, that brokerages were "buying" recommendations from independent firms?
