cutting right to the "heart" & quantum of the "matter"....it is all----> in your "mind" ! but does it have to be a seething swamp always ? can't it sometime be.... that life's a beach too ? The vedanta and the rhishis always pointed out simply , that the mind must know itself , ....or knowing the who is the "knower" is , is the goal ... and since all is interconnected , contemplation itself is the great revelation. But most of the "mind" is never still....no way to find the "standard".
