Not bigamy per se, I think. Marriage is a public, not a private, act. However, the same feelings that now cause gay private relationships to be deemed worthy of protection under the Equal Protection Clause will also apply to the legal recognition of those relationships.

The push is for two-person same-sex marriages; I don't know who is pushing for legalization of polygamy. Though with polygamy a recognized practice in much of the world, I am not sure on what grounds it can now be barred. Couldn't a Muslim simply claim it as a practice of his religion?
