Even Gore had more votes than Bush. Yet all it took was a few hundred votes and a few dirty tricks and Florida led the way to a Bush Presidency.

Imagine that a lack luster candidate with Clinton scandal dripping off his back like Gore can beat Bush. Any good dem candidate will be able to beat Bush IMHO.

But it will take strategizing each and every close state to make sure another Florida does not happen again.
