Yes the disk drive sector is benefiting from the inclusion of large mega drives in the Xbox, set top boxes, dvd players and other applications that did not exists before the technology bubble of 1999-2000. Unfortunately, so many investors, speculators, johhny come latelys, etc were so destroyed by the technology bubble's bursting no one but the old players were in at the beginning of this up cycle in the disk drives.

I think we must keep our heads and realize this is JUST that, an up cycle, that will be followed by an down cycle. Now is not the time to "drink the kool aid" and swear the current good performance of the disk drive stocks signals a new economy or any of that junk.

I think most disk drives stocks can double from here over the next year or so, but remember its a cycle.
