CNBC is parading Kudlow and others (Elaine Chao, labor secretary) on the toob. Their take is that this number is not a bad thing but a positive number because temp people got more McJobs and people who had given up looking for work are back actively trying to find a source of income.... Think of CNBC as a Bullish Whorehouse for crackhead perma bulls...there is NO objective reporting on CNBC
