ALL- HELP. question:

i've downloaded some sort of bug on my PC that keeps popping up this damn window that says "messenger" at the top and then advertises various things. one site it advertises is addblocker.com which looks like a trick setup to load more of this crap onto my PC. how do i get rid of this sh*t?? any help would be greatly appreciated
