Buddy,

I wouldn't take this line of logic too far. Since President Bush inherited: a market crash (from a bubble top, the magnitude of 1929), an electricity crisis effecting a large section of the country, and a recession. Throw in 911, and his Administration looks more like FDR's. What would that make President Clinton's?
