Gore DID win but was ripped. The Supreme Court (and everyone else) did not know about Jeb's voter roll scrubs until after it was too late. If they HAD known, we would have had not only a recount but a revote in Florida. Admittedly a mess, but Bush did not deserve to win on fraudulent vote scrubbing by his brother and his colleagues.

gregpalast.com for the details on the voter roll scrubbing. All proven and even admitted to by the GOP operatives who were responsible. "Oops" they said weeks later, we shouldn't have cut those 57,000 mostly minority voters off the Florida rolls. An "innocent" mistakle.
