We're talking about Florida's electoral votes, yes. Bush and Gore roughly tied in Florida in terms of counted votes. But 57,700 mostly legal voters were denied the right to vote in the first place by Jebster's GOP consulting firm which trimmed the voter rolls of anyone with the same name as an out-of-state felon. Ex-felons have a perfect right to vote in Florida but they cut them anyway. And most of those people WERE NOT the out of the state felon, just had the same name, Like Leroy Brown or Juan Gonzalez. Almost all minorities who vote heavily Democrat.

The NAACP sued Jeb after the election and made him stop doing this for 2004 (but he did it again in 2002 purging 97,000 voters) in an out of court settlement.
