Our national security was fine under Clinton-Gore. Wesley Clark said so the other night. They were actively engaged and created the very same military which just successfully invaded two countries with a minimum of casualties. Give Clinton-Gore credit for that military, not Bush. Military systems take 5-10 years to become operable. The effect of Bush's changes, whatever they are, have hardly begun to be felt. It was a great LIE of Bush's in 2000 when he said an entire division of ours was not ready for combat. All of the Generals poo-ppo'ed that right away. and wait until Bush has to run against a real war hero. As for not taking out OBL, Bush hasn't been able to either. The guy is sneaky as hell.
