General Wesley Clark is not spinning. You are. Bushies are. They're the ones who LIED saying our military was not ready for action. Then a year later look at what they did in Afghanistan. Proves it. Bush would have had no time to improve the military in the first year. In fact he only seemed to care about SDI that first year, though he was repeated warned about 9-11 style attacks and did nothing.

Really a Pretender-In-Chief more than anything. Bastard even went AWOL and deserted to avoid combat and was drummed out of air training for refusing to take a drug test.
