marcos: Apparently Sandner is in Venezuela now and the formal Application should be submitted to the MEM very shortly -- within a couple of weeks or so? The MEM then is required (by law) to respond within 14 days -- although I suppose a "response" could be anything from more questions to a rejection! Either way, hopefully we'll hear something one way or the other by the end of July. One thing I do know is that if the permit does come through, 12 cents will seem very cheap. But then I'm biased! :^) Still hopeful... Howy
