That's DR. David Kay, former head of the evaluation section of IAEA, who after the Gulf War led at least three major inspection missions to Iraq and discovered the Iraqi nuclear WMD assembly program. One and the same. Certainly one of the most knowledgeable individuals on Earth where Iraqi WMD are concerned.

And yes, it was Mr. Kay who determined that Saddam was one to two years from having nuclear weapons after CIA had [incorrectly] stated otherwise.

Did Mr. Kay call you or is FOX News reporting the blessed event?

Uh, I made my inference from a press conference on C-SPAN held by Senate Intelligence Committee members.
