08/05, noon, Calgary time. Mr. Bateman: "We should be receiving documents today or tomorrow [...] I spoke with them today, and it looks [...] pretty good. We should have some numbers soon; call me on Thursday and hopefully I can give you more details." News release would come the following week if the deal goes through. (i.e., same story all over again, just pushed a few days/weeks back.) Ben
