It's also legal to give money to Muslim charities that you think are legit, but I'm not sure that people who have given to some of those charities would be wise to admit to it right now. For that matter, given the suspension of civil liberties under the current Justice Department, maybe it would be construed as being illegal.

IMO, you need to do a lot more reading on the McCarthy era. You don't seem to have any idea as to what was really going on.
