Hey listen, the Iraqi people may not be doing any better than they were under Saddam for a long-long time. They don't face the oppression that they used to face right now. Economically things will take a long time to be good, but not as long to be better then they where under Saddam. We have been based around Iraq for a long time. Not in the same level of strength that would be needed to invade or pose a credible threat of invasion. Tim
