Jim, people need to start paying attention to that unemployment number. It seems that when the second half recovery does not happen for the fourth year in a row the debt burden people carry will be given more attention than it is now. If you have no job low mortgage rates mean nothing. On another note, it looks like we may have seen the bond reversal begin. Puplava's perfect storm scenario is starting to play out, just taking a little longer. I have my house sold and set to close at the end of the month. I am looking forward to booking profits and becoming a renter again for a few years. Enjoy the holiday.
