Congress just offends me more and the SC just offends you more. Seems to me that the SC at least feigns attention to the Constitution. The Congress pays it no mind at all.

Maybe the SC offends me more because it pays lip service to the Constitution without really seeming to care about what the Constitution says in many situations. But the main reason is probably that with Congress you at least have the check of elections. If the SC isn't bound to follow the Constitution then it really isn't checked by anything.
