Tommaso,

I own NCN shares in a regular account and AE_u.TO shares in a Roth IRA, both with Penntrade. I'm thinking that had I stuck with SJT (a US energy trust) I would have been able to avoid the 15% foreign tax.
I sent my broker a request for clarification...I'll let you know if I find out anything new.
