Just because they got away with the phony energy crisis and were not investigated due to the taking of the Senate and stacking of cronies at FERC doesn't mean they're not guilty. Why else do you think Cheney refused to hand over his energy papers despite two subpoenas? You dont hide evidence unless it's damaging evidence.
